I have been purchasing holiday cards from the USGA card shop for over 10 years and have always been happy with my purchase, that is until this year. This year’s purchase was a bit of a disappointment. In the past, the cards and envelopes would be separately secured with paper bands and packed in properly sized boxes. They would also include return address labels and festive holiday stickers for the back side of the envelopes. Though the product quality was the same, this year’s packaging was a major issue. The cards themselves were wrapped and protected in a plastic film, but the envelopes were packed loosely with no regard to orientation or protection. Both were placed in a grossly oversized box where the packed cards jostled around during shipment damaging several of the envelopes. The return address labels and stickers were omitted, possibly a cost savings move. It seems that the USGA may have moved to a new supplier who does not employ the same quality and care as the previous one or they just decided to cut costs and improve profits by at increasing the cost! Higher prices with reduced quality was not what I would have expected. DISSAPOINTED!

Ordered my cards for Christmas. The process was easy and the cards are top notch.
