How Do I Add Signatures to a Card?

Yes! You can add a personal signature to your holiday cards, thank you cards, or other products in the Product Editor. Choose from three easy ways to create your signature: Text, Draw, or Upload.

How to create and add a signature

  1. Open your product in the Product Editor.
  2. Click Create a Signature in the toolbar.
  3. Choose the option that works best for you:

Text: Type your name and choose from a signature-style font to create a polished, handwritten look.

Draw: Use your mouse, finger, or stylus to draw your signature directly in the editor.

Upload: Add an image of your actual handwritten signature. For the best results:

  • Sign your name on a plain white sheet of paper using a dark ink pen. Black ink works best.
  • Scan or photograph your signature in good lighting.
  • Remove the white background using a background-removal tool.
  • Save your signature as a PNG to preserve the transparent background. High-resolution JPG, PDF, and TIFF files are also supported.
  • If you're adding more than one signature, we recommend creating a separate file for each signature.
  1. Once your signature has been added, you can resize, rotate, and position it anywhere on your design.

With three ways to create your signature, it's easy to add a personal touch to your card—whether you want the look of your real handwriting or a quick, polished signature in a signature-style font.
